All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS. Orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. Orders within the state of Utah often (though not always) arrive within 2 business days of the order being placed :).
Please email us with order number and we will send instructions on where to send the item.
Though we wish everything fit perfect, we know it isn't always so. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we allow 7 days from you receiving the item for exchange, refund, or in-store credit (your choice). If we receive the item after 7 days but before 15 days, we will issue an exchange or store credit only. You may still return the item after 15 days and store credit up to 50% of the purchase price will be issued. We reserve the right to charge restocking fees under some conditions. We are not responsible for items that have been laundered incorrectly. Items already marked down in price are not eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. We cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged, so we recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing any optional shipping insurance. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, scent/mark free and must have original tags attached. Please notify us via instagram or email of your return and include a description of why the item is being returned. Include your name and order number with the package for quick and easy processing.
If the item is in returnable condition (at the discretion of Hello Pretties), store credit or a refund will be given (refunds will be issued to the card used for payment). Please allow 5-7 days for us to process the return after it is received. If you are returning the item for an exchange, we recommend purchasing the item you want while waiting for the return to be processed. We can’t guarantee any sizes or items will remain in stock, so place your new order as soon as possible. Please also let us know you wish to exchange so we can work on processing the return in a timely manner.
Any claims for damaged or faulty items upon receipt must be reported within 5 days of receiving the items. Please email a picture of the damaged/faulty item to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide proper credit. Only damaged goods will receive return labels.
Because of lighting and the natural color variation between devices, the actual color of the item received may be different than what you see. We try our best to accurately portray the colors of each item.
